LADIES' PROVINCIAL
AUCKLAND FIXTURE TO BE HELD
The committee of the Auckland Ladies' Golf Club, which is conductsthe provincial championship this year tw a .^ ne ® tlh g thls morning and decided that the tourney should take place 01 the dates previously arranged, Septem ber 26, 27 and 28. It was shown that even if the petro restriction should prevent competitor: from using their cars to get to tin course, Middlemore, there was a con venient tram service to Mangere, whiel station is adjacent to the course. On the first day of the tourney, a Tuesday, the qualifying plav over 3(i holes will take place. The first 10 qualify for the provincial championship and the next 10 for t!it> Mhldleinore Cup, a handicap match play event.
