YIELDS OF COMPANIES. Okarito (South Westland).—s7Joz for 131J hoars. ■Worksop Extended (West Coast). —ISoz from 10,500 yards in 126 hours. REPORTS OF MANAGERS. Tasmania. —Fortnight ended August 16 : Xorth Lyell, 2426 tons extracted; Crown Lyell. 1515; West Lyell, 36,535. New ore pass : Construction work in progress. Ueduc-tion works; Furnace in blast full period; 11,256 tons refinery anodes made for eitrrent year. Concentrator: Mill operated 336 hour* and treated 42,962 tons ore. producing 2217 tons concentrates. Copper refinery : Tank house in operation throughout fortnight, 517 tons cathode copper produced for period. Total for current year, 11,320 tons.
