Mr. A. H. Johnstone, K.C., returned by the Limited express this morning from Wellington.
Mr. H. E. Barrowclougli was a passenger from the south by this morning's Limited express. * °
Mi. G. Luke will be a passenger for tiie south by the Limited express tomorrow evening.
Paymaster-Commander G. L. O. Davis returned from Wellington this morning by the Limited express.
_ Mr. E. E. Price, Conciliation Commissioner, returned from Wellington by this morning's Limited express.
Messrs. W. T. Anderton, A. S. Richards, A. G. Osborne, W. J. Lyon, F. W. Schramm, W. P. Endean and C'.' K. Petrie, M.P.'s, arrived from Wellington this morning.
Mr. F. G. Farrell, president of the Automobile Association (Auckland). Mr. G. W. Hutchison, secretary, and Mr. A. Grayson, a member of the council, will leave for Wellington by the Limited express to-morrow evening.
Mr. Justice O'Regan, who has been on leave after an illness of some months ago, is expected to resume his duties as Judge of the Arbitration Court when the Court finishes its sittings in the South Island in about a fortnight's time.
The Rt. Rev. T. E. Riddle and Mrs. Riddle, who have concluded a year's furlough in New Zealand from the mission field in India, will be farewelled on Tuesday evening at a special service in St. David's Church, Khvber Pass Road. Mr. Riddle is the present Moderator of the New Zealand Presbvterian Assembly. He has had mamyears' service in the Indian mission field, whore he is the senior missioner, with headquarters in Punjab province
