(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WANGAXUI, this day. The winner of the second prize of £1000 in the "Pot Luck" art union is Mr. KOll. MeCormick, aged about 27, single, who has been employed driving a bulldozer 011 road construction work in the Tailiape district for over a year.
