Announce a net profit for the year, subject to final audit, of £87.207 and the directors recommend a final dividend of (S per cent for tile halt' year on cumulative preference shares, making 10 per cent for the year and a final dividend cf 8V& per cent on ordinary shares, making 12 per cent for I the year ended June .'JO. The dividend is payable on September 30.
