I FORTNIGHTLY SOCIAL
There was a large gathering of members and friends at the Manchester Unity Hall this week, when the Lancashire Society held ite fortnightly social. Mrs. J. Gates received the guests. Vocal items by Mr. Leather, accompained by Mrs. Leather, were greatly enjoyed. The Monte Carlo winners were Mrs. Ward and Mr. Burroughts. Novelty dancer were t'ac Chamberlain waltz and the Dashing White Sergeant. The lucky number winners were Mrs. King, Miss Foster, Mr. Davenport and Mr. Anderson , and the competition was won by Mr. Cutler, Mrs. Lloyd and Mrs. Jones.
