MR SAVAGE'S PROGRESS.

MAT GO HOME ON SATURDAY. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. Excellent progress following his recent operation continues to be made by the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage, and it is probable he will leave Lewisham Hospital on Saturday for his home in Northland.

Mr. Savage entered hospital on August 3 and underwent a severe abdominal operation the next day. He is able to receive a limited number of visitors each day.
