BOYCOTT OF HOTELS.

WATERSIDERS' DECISION. CHEAPER BEER WANTED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. An unofficial and impromptu meeting of waterside workers was held this morning to consider the decision of Wellington hotelkeepers to increase the price of beer and refrain from providing "drinks on the house." About 700 attended and it was unanimously agreed to refrain from entering any of the hotels until the price in Wellington is reduced to 4d per handle. It was previously 5d and is now 6d.
