MURDER OF VON RATH.

BERLIN, August 15.
German Jews have completed the payment of 20 per cent of their fortunes towards the fine levied for Dr. von Path's murder last November.
Dr. von Rath was secretary at the German Embassy in Paris and was shot by a Polish Jew, aged 1" years. Nazis in Germany took a merciless revenge on Jews there, indulging in an orgy of destruction and persecution. Systematic savagely and wrecking caused incalculable damage to Jewish property and life.
Field-Marshal Gi.cring issued a decree fining the Jews £80,000,000 for the murder, and ordering that they pay for the damage done by the Nazi mobs.
