FIFTH EXPEDITION.
ELLSWORTH'S POLAR PLANS. (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, August 13. The American explorer, Mr. Lincoln Ellsworth, plans to make a fifth expedition to the South Pole in 1940-41, says the Genoa correspondent of the Exchange Agency.
