A Sydney message states that New Zealand's' second badminton team secured an overwhelming victory over a Sydney team. Results (New Zealand first) :—

Women's Singles.—Miss M. Kerr defeated Miss Z. Campbell. 11—0. 11—3: Miss Kerr defeated Miss Ounton, 11—0, 11—3. Mixed Doubles. —Penrce and Miss Kerr defeated Whelan and Miss Ounton, 15—3. 13—10. Miss Onnton is the New Sonth Wales woman champion, so that the strength of Miss Kerr's play is apparent. Pearce was easily superior In both his names. After the match the New Zealanders coached the local players.
