HAMILTOX, Sunday,
While crossing a railway bridge at Tokoroa last night, Mr. James Stephenson, aged 48, single, an employee of the Taupo Totara Timber Company, Limited, slipped and fell 15ft into the gully below. As he fell, Mr. Stephenson struck one of the sleepers, receiving injuries to his chest. He managed to crawl out of th« gully to a shack, where he spent the night. He attracted the attention of friends this morning and he was brought to the Wa ikato Hospital in a St. John ■mhptoTyrifi. Hi» oonditgoß-is-aot serious.
