Just after the Campaign had closed and in the following week there came along the following contributions. Although marks cannot be awarded, Wendy sends her best thanks to the donors. Eileen, Lorna and David (single bed lining of fawn woollen materials, small blanket coat), Bright Stars (large patch, scap, books and bonnet, and 9/ for the fund), Thames Shining Sunbeams (thirteen patches, baby singlet), Loyal Sunbeams (unlined single bed quilt of "Star" patches), No Name (parcel of good used clothing, including winter coat and cardigans), Arthur and Keith Todd (ten patches, bootees, 6d for Lining Fund), Five Club (six large patches), "Cathie Earnshaw" (two large patches), Mahoenui Sunday School (one patch and 1 / for Silver Lining), "C.A.S." (£| for the fund), Owairaka Standards I. and 11. (ninety patches), Robins Club (used baby woollies, bed socks and single bed quilt of "Star" patches), Anonymous, Rotorua (used garments, including four jumpers, shoes and two scarves), Pixies Fireside Circle (baby's blue coat), Lois Carston (forty-four patches, mostly sewn together). Fern Club (single bed quilt, partly "Star" and partly club patches, warmly lined with pink winceyette), Gran, Mount Eden (three strips of knitting equal to fourteen patches of the required five inches squiare), Margaret Perkins (three heavily-padded winceyette cot quilts, one knitted cot quilt equal to thirty-six patches, neatly lined with winceyette), Kohimarama School Pupils (fifty-eight beautifullyknitted patches of all sizes and colours), St. Aidan's Brownie Pack (sixty well-knitted patches, pretty ecru cct quilt, woolly ball, blue woollen lining material), Silent Workers, Otahuhu (forty-eight large, firmly-knilted patches, good lining material, u=ed baby wocllies), Silver Comets (ur.lined cct quilt of sixtythree patches, lining material, 1 15 patches, some sewn together).
