PACT WITH RUSSIA.
Send Military, Naval And Air Missions. DECLARATIONS EXPECTED. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LOXDOX. July 28. "The Times'' says that British and French declarations are expected at the end of the month, emphasising: their mutual desire for a defensive pact with Russia, and announcing the formal composition of military, naval and air missions. The Havas Xews Agency states that it is reliably reported that a French military mission will go to Moscow shortly, while political and staff conversations will proceed simultaneously, states a Paris message.
