SYNTHETIC FIBRE INFERIOR

SYDNEY, July 14.
Heartening news for, the woolsrrower was brought from Japan by Sir. X. Okada. general manager in Australia for Mitsui Bussan Kaisha, Ltd.
Synthetic fibres had failed as a substitute for wool, he said. They absorbed moisture and in the rain they became heavy and remained damp. "There is no real and satisfactory substitute for wool," he declared.
