At ten years of age, a certain boy began to work in a cotton factory. Hi's hours were from six in the morning to six at nignt. Out of his firet week's wages he bought the 'Rudiments of Latin." At sixteen lie could read Virgil and Horace. Then he went to the university. He died in Africa. He is buried in Westminster Abbey. His name was David Livingstone.
