TYROL EVACUATION.
Question Of British Rights Raised With Italy. TRANSFER FUNDS ABROAD. British Official Wirelees. (Received 11 a.m.) RUGBY, July 14. Speaking in the House of Commons in answer to a reference to the expulsion of foreigners from Bolzano in the Italian Tyrol, the Parliamentary Under-Secre-tary for Foreign Affairs. Mr. R. A. Butler, stated that the British Ambassador in Home, Sir Percy Loraine, had on instructions already raised the question with Italy, and had fully reserved the rights of British subjects. He had in particular drawn the attention of the authorities to the question of the transfer abroad of the proceeds of any liquidation of British property which might become necessary as a result of the order.
The Italian spokesman described the rumours concerning the presence of (iermaii troops in Italy and the handing over of Trieste to (Jermany a? nonsense, says a cable message from Rome.
