RETURN TO REICH.
FRICTION IN TYROL.
Quarrels Between Germans And Italians. NAZIS' LABOUR SHORTAGE. (Received 12 noon.) BERLIN, July 5. Officials describe the repatriation of .'500,000 former German and Austrian citizens from the Italian Tyrol as the "biggest mass migration for centuries." It is understood that the step was thought desirable because of existing friction between Germans and Italians throughout the area. It is estimated in Berlin that 0000 South Tyroleans have already crossed to Germany. Tens of thousands of Czechs are also being moved to production centres in Germany, where there is a shortage of skilled labour. Attempts are also being made to bring back to (iermany minority groups from I Hungary and Rumania.
