JOINT LUNCHEON.
The first joint luncheon of the 'Woman Today" Sponsors' League and the New Zealand Women's Food Value League was held at the Fabian Club Rooms yesterday. There was a laro-e attendance. Mrs. Ray Wynn introduced the speakers. Mrs. Dorothea Turner, of the Food Value League, and Mrs. R. Barrington. representing '"Woman To-day," who explained the object of the luncheons and briefly outlined the work of the two organisations, which had been drawn together by common interests and ideals. At the conclusion of the luncheon the speakers were presented with flower snraye by Mrs. W. E. Smee.
