COURT CLAIM FILED.
Wealth Amassed By Dionne Quintuplets. CHARGES AGAINST DOCTOR. MONTREAL, July 4. The father of the Dionne quintuplets, Mr. O. Dionne, has filed in Court a statement of claim demanding that Dr. Dafoe produce contracts and turn over funds alleged to .have been realised by Dr. Dafoe on advertising contracts, in which his name is linked with the five babies.
The quintuplets have amassed royalties from endorsements totalling more than 500,000 dollars since their birth. Dr. Dafoe will produce the contracts at next Friday's regular monthly meeting of the quintuplets' guardians.
