VETERANS PAY TRIBUTE
I-ATE SIR EDWARD CHATTOR.

BLENHEIM, thU day. Veteran* of the South African and Great War* paraded in large numbers at St. Luke's Church, Spring Creek, yesterday to pay tribute to one of their distinguished leaders, the Late General Sir Edward C'haytor. Members of the diaytor family and large numbers of local resident* attended the memorial service, the church being; too small to accommodate the entire congregation. Bishop Hilliard, of Xelson, delivered an appropriate address, in the course of which, alluding to the presence of so runny of those who ha<l served under General fhnytnr, he said nothing fine.- i hit (I emerged from t!i«> war than the' "■■mli'rful spirit of comradeship of the Diggers.
