SOME INTERESTING FIGURES. Although Bronwen, Miss Valerie, .lack 'Jar. Veritable and Bachelor King are among the Takanini horses nominated for the Wellington meeting, it now transpires that only Bachelor King and Jack Tar will he making the trip, and with the season virtually finished as far as Takanini trained horses are concerned, the statistics for the current term should prove of interest. During the season, some changes have taken place. W. Townscnd having transferred his team to Cambridge. Hector (iray aml»J. Wallace having established themselves in this centre. Wallace has taken over the establishment of the late W. H. Patterson, whose death early in the year was deeply regretted by his fellow trainers, (iray has returned to his own property, and this may mean a revision of I).' -I.
