TRANSPORT LOAN.
OVKR €40,000 ABSORBED.
"Over £40,000 worth of the loan has already been sold," ©aid Mr. W. H. Nagle, chairman of the Auckland Transport Board, at the meeting of the board this morning when reporting on progress being made with the transport consolidation redemption loan. Mr. Nagle said satisfactory progress was being made and it was expected (hat the whole amount of £9(1,300 would L«i ruiuilv absorbed.
