EMPIRE'S MILITARY STRENGTH LONDON*, June 16. Tlic immense defence resources of the Dominions, compared with 1914, are emphasised in "All Empire Prepared."' by Donald C'owie, which was published recently. Arms production in the Dominions is approaching a peak, he states. The output of 'planes in Canada is about 700 a year. Canada and Australia have a wartime production capacity of 2000. The Empire is in the happy position of possessing well-dispersed and comparatively invulnerable sources of supply. No modern development menaces British supremacy at sea.
