BIG MELBOURNE FIGHT
THE return fight between Ron Richards and Ossie Stewart, which was to have taken place last Wednesday at the Melbourne Stadium, was postponed for a ■week. Stewart jarre*! his right forearm -while sparring and has been under treatment. A doctor explained that, although the trouble was of a minor character, it would be inadvisable for Stewart to do any boxing last Tuesday. It was decided to give Stewart an extra week's preparation to enable him to be at his best.
