BOISTEROUS SEAMAN. Pleading not guilty because he said be did not remember anything about it, Thomas Kelly, seaman, aged 43, was sentenced to three months' imprisonment to-day by Mr. C. P. Orr Walker, S.M., on a. charge of using indecent language. Senior-Sergeant '"'alwell called evidence to show tlint accused had visited the Social Security Building in High Street yesterday. He was under the "lifluence of liquor and when or-dered to '"five the building he became boisterous* ■ml used indecent language.
