FISHING AT LAKE TAUPO. (From Our Correspondent.) TAUPO, Thursday. The fi«liing season, which closed at II o'clock la~l niolit. must lie classed as the must di-a ppuint injr experienced in Taupo. The W as coiisistently hard. the lir-li scarce, and their condition 011 the whole poor. There was ala roe number of anglers at Taupo for the last few days, but all reported poor results.
