TOURING JUSTICE.
HUNGARIAN NOVELTY. BUDAPEST. The town of Kiskunhalas has introduced a novel idea for th" convenience of farmers and peasants, who are obliged to travel a long distance to the town to settle matters of law. At stated dates, in the future, a touring company consisting of a judge, a coroner, a chancery official, and a town doctor will visit the surrounding farms and villages to dispense justice on the spot, and save the farmers' time and money.
