STAFF PRESENTATION.
The Auckland State Placement staff met to bid farewell to Miss B. Paltridge, who has left to take another position. In making a presentation to Miss Paltridge on behalf of the staff the Placement Officer (Mr. J. R, Elsbury) said that the recipient had endeared herself to everyone with whom she came in contact within the Placement Office by her pleasant geniality and popularity. In handing Miss Paltridge an engraved pen and pencil and ladies' companion, Mr. Elsbury wished he> every success aud happiness in her new sphere.
