PLAINTIFF NONSUITED.
ACCIDENT AT PARNELL
At the conclusion of evidence in the claim by Eleanor Mary Iverson (Mr. Mahony) for £366 damages against Phillip Olaf Martinengo (Mr. Goldstine), in the Supreme Court before Mr. Justice Callan and a jury of four vesterdav afternoon, Mr. Goldstine moved for a nonsuit 011 the ground that the evidence had not disclosed negligence 011 the part of the defendant, when his motor cycle had knocked plaintiff down as she was walking across Parnell I Road.
After hearing legal argument, his Honor granted the motion, and the case was withdrawn from the jurv, and plaintiff nonsuited. A formal order of costs against the plaintiff was made, .but Mr. Golds tine said he understood that the costs would not be
