TRAMWAY ACCIDENT.
Knocked down by a tram in Pitt Street shortly after six o'clock last evening, a fitter, Mr. John Lawrence Kay, aged 30, married, of 13. Harcourt Street, Grey Lynn, was taken to the Auckland Hospital in a St. John ambulance. He was suffering from concussion and a scalp injury. His condition is only fair.
