LANCASHIRE SOCIETY.
SOCIAL EVENING.
A large number of members and friends attended the social held in the Manchester Unity Hall on Wednesday evening.
During the evening vocal items by Miss Shearer and Mr. McKnight were greatly appreciated. The lucky number winners were Mrs. Goldin, Mrs. Carson and Mr. Imeson and Mr. Xeedham. The Monte Carlo prizes were won by Mrs. Kay and Mr. Howarth, and the winners of the competitions were Mrs. Ratcliffe and Mrs. Daniels. Mrs. J. Gates was the hostess, and Mr. Gouldin was master of ceremonies.
