VALUABLE BULLS.
FOR HAWSE'S BAY FARMS.
Consigned to several Hawke's Bay breeders, a valuable group of eight Scottish and English stud bulls, under the care of a Scottish attendant, reached Auckland on Saturday from Halifax, Novia Scotia, in the Port Montreal.
The stock, which arrived in excellent condition, comprised some of the finest blood in British stock. There are six Polled Angus in the consignment, one Red Poll and one dairy Shorthorn. The whole consignment was selected by Mr. J. A. Macfarlane, well-known J Hawke's Bay breeder, on a recent visit to Britain. It will be landed at Wellington.
