PAPAKURA FAREWELL.

PRESENTATION TO TEACHER.

The grounds of the Papakura School yesterday afternoon lent a pleasing setting for the purpose of saying farewell to Mr. T. Robbing, who i* leaving the school nnd going to the Otahuhu Primary School. Afr. Robbins ha« been first iiAsir-itant nt the school for the pact fifteen veflM.

Mr. V. Hard wick, chairman of the school committee, regretted the departure of Mr. Piobbins. whom all had grown to respect and love. He wished him success and happinesn in his new

job. Mr. T. V. Pemberton. M.A., headmaster, one In-half of the etaff and pupil*, expressed his pleasure at bein<r enabled to recognise suitably the excellent work performed by Mr. Bobbins, but regretted that it wa« the occasion of bis departure from the school. He paid tribute to Mr. Robbins' earnest and wholehearted work for the school and his loyalty to the best interests of the children."
