RACEHORSE OWNER.
DEATH IN ENGLAND. MTL W. HIGGINS. Advice wa« received in Auckland th'w morning that the death had occurred in England of Mr. W. Higgins, of Wellington, a well-known bu*ine*« man and owner of racehorse*. He had been racing borne* for many years, and among (hose that he owned at tho time of hi* death was Beanltvre, one of the best two-year-olds of the present season.
