SERIOUS CHARGE FAILS.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AY KLLIXCiTOX. Tuesday. In the Supreme Court to-day Marjfirie Pickering was acquitted by a jury after a retrial on two charges of illegally an instrument. The jury was in retirement for an hour and j*o minutes.
