Independent Cable Service. LONDON, May 1. The "Daily Express" says it is understood the cruisers Southampton and Glasgow will convoy the liner Kmpress of Australia, by which the King and Queen will travel to Canada, leaving Portsmouth at 2 p.m. on Saturday. The Kmpress of Australia will be manned by a picked crew of merchant seamen, with a minimum number of naval ratings for signalling and guard duties.
