KNIGHTS WERE SKINNY.
The knights of old whose progress and chivalry are legendary were probably little fellows with skinny legs. This is the opinion of the United States "Steel News." "That they -were strong goes without saying," it states, "since thcy wore a suit of steel armour weighing about 601b. But they were not large. A man of average stature to-day would find it impossible to get into a mediaeval suit of armour."
