YACHT RACE POSTPONED.
The first inter-club content in the 18ft | class of yachts for the trophy presented by the residents of Watson's Bay, Sydney, which was to be hold this afternoon, has been postponed till next Saturday. The deciding factor was the large number of tthe crews of the competing yachts who are incapacitated by influenza. In some cases the skipper and all of his crew are laid up or just recovering, and a day on the water is out of the question under present weather conditions. The annual harbour race for model yachts for a cup presented by Sir Ernest Davis, which was to have been held this [ afternoon, was also postponed for a week.
