PROGRESSIVE CLUB.
At the weekly meeting of the Progressive Club, Y.W.C.A.. Airs. Bobson. vice-president, presided in the absence of the president.. Airs. Alurdiwh. Aliss Green entertained with music, and Airs. Baker was the speaker. Supper was served by the hostesses, and the meeting closed with vespers and the Benediction. Airs. Robson also took the chair at the meeting held last evening. The resignation of Airs. Xeels, a vice-presi-dent,. was received with regret. As a result of a ballot Airs. Baker was elected in her stead. The members stood in silence as a mark of respect to Air. .lepson, husband of one of the members. During the evening musical items were given by Aliss Green, and a question Ik>\ brought forth some interesting topics.
