YOUNG WOMAN AND TWO IN SHOT DEAD.
HOBART KILLING. Neighbours , Story Of Tragedy. DETENTION OF SEAN. United Press Association.— Copyright. (Received 1 p.m.) HOBART. this day. A young; married woman and two men were shot dead at Grass Tree Hill, near Hobart. They were Mrs. Laurel Estcourt. aged 19; Mr. Norman Williams, aged 50; and Mr. Alfred Webb, aged 55. Neighbours say they saw Mrs. Estcourt pursued by a man running in the direction of the house occupied bv Mr. Williams, his wife and four children. She rau inside. Mr. Williams was shot in the heart and Mrs. Estcourt was shot in the neck. The man then went to the home of Mr. Webb, who was almost blind. Mr. Webb was shot in the heart. A man has been detained.
