290-MILE RAILWAY. Value In Time Of War To Poland. TRAFFIC ALONG FRONTIER. United Press Association.—Copyright. (Received 1.30 p.m.) WARSAW, April 23. A new 290-mile military railway has been opened from the Kattowitz coal fields to Gdynia, along which troops are able to be transported the length of the Polo-German frontier. Traffic from southern and central Poland will be able to reach Gdynia without passing through Dauzig. The line was partly financed by and is operated with French capital.
