VISIT TO AFRICA.
Portuguese President Accepts Union's Invitation. EXTENSION OF TOUR. (Received 10.30 a.m.) LISBON, April 23. The President of Portugal, General Carmona. has accepted an invitation to visit South Africa in June in the course of a tour of Mozambique. The Union Government extended the invitation in the name of the King.
