WHAT TO DO.
WHEN ACCIDENT OCCURS.
A point that should never be overlooked by a motorist is that if he should in any way be involved in an accident, arising directly or indirectly from the use of a motor vehicle, the driver shall stop, and' if required give to a constable the name and address of the owner and the registered number of hie vehicle.
He is required, also, to ascertain whether he hae injured any person, in which event it ie his duty to render all practical assistance to the person injured. ■..'■ rsl '.' ■■" '■" In any ' such accident involving injury to a person, it is the duty of the driver forthwith to report the same to the nearest police station. «It should be noted, also ; that notification must lie given to the insurance company holding the third party insurance.
