IXAVING BY AORANGI. Viscount Runeiman. Lord President of the Council, and Lady Riinciman, who have been visiting New Zealand since the beginning of the month, arrived from the South yesterday afternoon, and are staying at the Grand Hotel prior to their departure by the Aorangi for Vancouver to-morrow.
