For approximately nine months he had been on friendlv terms with a waitress at the hotel. About six weeks ago *he terminated tiie friendship, owing to the quarrelr-omc nature of the accused when undor the influence of liquor, and told him she did not want to see him again. He was 7101 satisfied with that, and continued to annoy the girl bv ringing her on the telephone. On one occasion, tvhen a j>orter answered, the accused said: ''I will do for her sooner or later." Accused was .convicted and fined f-5, in default one month's imprisonment, on once charge, and was convicted and ordered to come up if called on within 12 months on the other.
