AUSTRALIAN WHEELMEN.
Foremost among the atihtetee competing at O'torbhanga on Saturday and Monday will be the Australian wlveemien. The team, consisting of H. Guyatt, E. Smith and J. Cremin, have fine records in the cycling World ttet equate the best. Guyatt at 22 years of age has packed as much racing into his six years of cycling afe the average ftedaller could aecdmplish in A decade. In 1938 the 100-mile Aifetralian record of 4ft 4m Went to hm credit. The same season he became the all-round road champion of the League of Victorian Wheelmen,. and followed this up by winning the British E*ipire sprint championship. Smith has raced in England, France, Holland and Denmark. He has ridden in teuch world-famous events' as the Grand Prix of Paris, in which he was fourth, the world's eprint championships, in which lie reached the Bth finals and met the renowned Jeff Scherens, six times World champion. The third member of the team, Jack Cremin, will be popular for the reason that Jie actually c6mriienced riding in New.
