Rirkenhead and Northcote. and the District known as Avondale, being that portion of the City of Auckland bounded on the North by Waitemata Harbour and Oakley Creek, on the East by Oakley Creek, the ISorough of Mount Albert and the Road District of Mount Roskill. on flic South by the Manukau Harbour and on the West by the Waitemata County and the Borough of New Lynn, to come into operation on the lath day of April. 1939, in substitution for the prices then* ill force, which shall accordingly on that date bo revoked. The prices hereby fixed shall remain in force until the 30th day of September, .1939. 10. PRICE TO BE CTTARGED BY MILK VENDORS FOR MILK: (a) Bought by n roundsman for resale on a milk round or by a milk vendor for resale by wholesale— .(1) Where bought in quantities of not less than 20 gallons in any one day 1 /3J per gallon (2) Where bought in quantities of less than 20 gallons in any one •lay 1/5J per gallon Subject in either of the above cases to a deduction of Jd per gallon if delivery of the milk takes place at the depot of the milk vendor from whom the milk is bought.
