ESCAPE FROM CELLS.
BREAK MADE DURING NIGHT. SHORT-LIVED LIBERTY. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, this day. Herbert Thomae Raxworthy (24), a labourer, and Robert Charles Howel Green, alias Robert Blythe (26), a seaman, escaped from the cells at the Grevmonth police station during the night. Raxworthy was sentenced yesterday to four months' imprisonment on two charges of converting cars and one of theft Green was on remand, charged with theft. Both men were later recaptured near Reef-ton.
