The Northcote Borough Council, having obtained the necessary sanction of tlie Local Government Loans Board, hereby ' gives notice in pursuance of the provisions of Section 10 of the aboveuiontiuued Act, as. follows:—

la) The purposes for which the loan is required are:—The construction of a 230.000 gallon reservoir, laying a Oiu water main in OneWα Road, purebas ing of a gas ehlorinator and cement lining water mains from the junction of Ocean View Road and Raleigh Road to Lake Road. (Li) The Nortneote Borough Council, hping unable to provide the necessary funds for this work out of ordinary revenue, proposes to borrow the sum of iM.'iW.
